1. Acceptance of Terms

• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Collect or store personal information about other users without consent

6. Intellectual Property

• All Platform content, designs, logos, software, and trademarks are the property of The New Alkebulan or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without express written permission.
• Any use of the Platform's intellectual property must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

7. Payments and Tokens

• Certain services, tokens, or features may require payment. All fees are listed on the Platform and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• Tokens or digital assets acquired on the Platform are subject to separate Terms and may be subject to market risks.
• You agree that the Platform is not responsible for the value, performance, or security of any tokens you acquire or use.

• We are not responsible for third-party services and you agree to abide by their terms when using them.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The New Alkebulan and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
• Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Modifications

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability
